SideShow: MJ and Whitney together?; Khloé and Lamar lift a plug; a Bond with heart
Michael Jackson Whitney Houston?
In a revelation unexpected, strange, and a bit crazy, Michael Jackson’s bodyguard tells London’s The Sun that the King of Pop had a secret, weeks-long, sexually torrid affair with Whitney Houston. Matt Fiddes says the diva and the divo, who ultimately shared a similar fate, became lovers in 1991.
“Whitney practically moved into Michael’s [Neverland] ranch — and they had a fling like any other young couple,” says Fiddes. But, alas, Houston broke it off. “I know [Jackson] dreamed of marrying her,” says Fiddes, who says MJ was haunted by Houston until his death. Houston married Bobby Brown less than a year after the purported affair.
It’s raining babies
Us Weekly has revealed that Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard welcomed their second baby, Gloria Ray, on April 19. She joins 5-year-old Ramona.
Can’t believe it! Backstreet Boys wonderboy A.J. McLean is 34 years old. And a papa-to-be: The singer and his wife of four months, Rochelle DeAnna Karidis, announced on YouTube that they are expecting their first baby.
Beyoncé says her first baby with Jay-Z, Blue Ivy Carter®, is all hers. Why shouldn’t it be? B says she’s been hounded by rumors she had the baby by surrogate and spent the entire time pretending she was pregnant. “That was crazy. It wasn’t hurtful, it was just crazy,” she tells People. Her thought: “ ‘Where did they come up with this?’ ”
Finis for ‘Khloé and Lamar’?
In an extraordinary development sure to drive thousands into frenzied fits of despair, Khloé Kardashian and husband Lamar Kardashian (néOdom) say they are shelving their E! reality show, Khloé and Lamar, for an unspecified period. A KK rep says the couple have decided that “Lamar’s basketball schedule is a priority,” which is odd, since Lamar doesn’t have an NBA schedule: He was recently booted from the Dallas Mavericks’ active roster for poor performance, just months after he was traded by the L.A. Lakers.
So how will Khloé revive Lamar’s career?
Does he blame her family’s reality TV machine for bringing him down?
Ryan O’Neal: I’m not defeated
Ryan O’Neal, who recently revealed he has stage 2 prostate cancer, is really ill, or feeling great, depending on the source.
The New York Daily News says Ryan, 71, canceled Monday’s appearance on NBC’s Today show, saying he was under the weather.
But the Love Story actor, who was treated last week for skin cancer, tells USA Today he’s raging on. “I have three separate cancers working on me,” explains Ryan, who a decade ago battled chronic myelogenous leukemia. But “I’m not defeated.” Ryan says he will continue on his book tour to promote his new memoir, Both of Us: My Life With Farrah.
A 007 with heart soul …
The revamped, Daniel Craig-starring James Bond pic Casino Royale revealed that 007 was not a cold womanizer but rather a man with heart. (Who wouldn’t have heart for costar Eva Green?)
Craig’s third Bond film, Skyfall, will show he also has a soul — a deep, scarred, angst-ridden one, says director Sam Mendes, master of suburban angst. His pics include American Beauty and Revolutionary Road.
“You always go back to the [books by Ian] Fleming because the character Fleming created over a number of novels was incredibly complex,” Mendes said Sunday. “What [Fleming] created was a very conflicted character.”
Celebrities have sex, too …
“I’m down with all of them,” said Gwyneth Paltrow somewhat squeamishly when newly minted gabshow host Amanda de Cadenet asked her about her favorite sex position.
Jane Fonda, 74, was forthright. “While I am quite flexible … it’s not quite as comfortable for me as it used to be before I had a fake knee,” she said. De Cadanet’s question has elicited some responses — from Zoe Saldana and Sarah Silverman — unfit for these pages.
Chelsea Handler’s $500 cigarettes
“I smoke sometimes when I drink,” says Chelsea Handler, author of Are You There Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea. On one late night, she says in a podcast chat with Marc Maron, Chelsea so craved a smoke, she asked Los Angeles deliver company Yummy.com to bring her a pack. She was undaunted when told she was outside their delivery zone. “I … said, ‘I will give you $500 if you bring me a pack of Capris.’ And they’re like, ‘What are Capris?’?” she said. “I’m like, ‘They’re for Russian hookers.’ ”

Michael Jackson – La Toya Jackson Insists It’s Not King Of Pop On Michael Album
Michael Jackson’s sister La Toya has thrown her weight behind allegations an impostor was hired to record tracks for the King of Pop’s posthumous album, insisting some of the vocals featured are “definitely not” those of her late brother.
A report on Tmz.com last week (ends04Mar12) caused a stir among fans after editors claimed Paris Jackson had been caught telling a friend via video chat that the 2010 release, Michael, was recorded by a mimic who had been drafted in to complete her father’s songs.
In a clip obtained by the website, Paris allegedly played the track Hold My Hand and when asked by her unnamed pal why the voice on the tune didn’t sound like her father’s, she revealed, “It’s not him… the whole album isn’t even him!! Go online… go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That’s him!! I should know if it’s him (Jackson) or not because he would sing to me all the time.”
The 13 year old immediately dismissed the story, taking to Twitter.com to write, “People should know by now not to believe the media when it comes down to Tmz talking about my family. Hold My Had (sic) IS my dad actually singing.”
But now La Toya has questioned her niece’s logic by revealing that Paris actually called her in a panic after discovering the posthumous tunes were allegedly bogus.
During a co-hosting stint on U.S. daytime show The Talk on Monday (05Mar12), La Toya Jackson recalled, “I haven’t heard the complete album but I do know some of the songs that I’ve heard, it is definitely not his voice.”
Recalling the phone conversation with Paris, she explained, “During that time I was doing (reality show) The Apprentice and Paris called me and said, ‘Aunt La Toya, I want you to listen to something… You gotta listen to this, this is not daddy’s voice.’
“She played it for me and I go, ‘Paris, you’re right, it’s not.’ And I kept listening, and kept listening and it was not his voice and she was so concerned about it and she said, ‘We gotta put a stop to this. We must to put a stop to this. And I’m not gonna let them (record executives) get by (get away) with this.’
“This is a little girl, and this is the way she thinks because she loves her father and she didn’t wanna see that out there when it wasn’t her father’s voice. And she went on to say this is the person who impersonates him and he’s very good at it.”
Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris claims mythological singer’s final manuscript used impostor’s voice
Daddy’s little girl knows best.
There are a great number of conspiracy theories floating around Michael Jackson‘s death, but it turns out Jackson’s only daughter, Paris Jackson, has one of her own.
According to TMZ, a recorded video chat reveals Paris doesn’t believe the voice on her late father’s last album, “Michael,” was even his own.
During the 2010 video chat, Paris supposedly announced to her friends that the reason the voice on the album doesn’t sound like her dad is because it’s not the King of Pop at all — it’s a sound-alike named Jason Malachi.
“It’s NOT him … the whole album isn’t even him!! Go online … go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That’s him!!” the 13-year-old allegedly replied when a friend asked why the “Hold My Hand” singer sounded different.
Paris even at one point jokes about the footage “leaking” onto the Internet.
The online conversation took place during the height of rumors that Jackson’s parts on the “Michael” album were actually sung by Malachi, though both Sony and the singer denied the allegations, according to TMZ.

On the tape, the site reports, Paris also insisted she knew what she was talking about.
“I should know if it’s him or not because he would sing to me all the time,” she reportedly said on the video.
At present, the video chat footage is being shopped to various media outlets, according to TMZ, and there are already offers being made for the precious recordings.
Paris is currently set to star in the upcoming live action-animated film “Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys,” based on Dennis H. Christen‘s young adult fantasy series, opposite characters voiced by Joey Fatone and Larry King.
