Report – Kim Kardashian’s Hooking Up With Mark Sanchez! Kris Humphries Wants Kim To Return Wedding Gifts; Divorce Trial To Be Televised?
When Kim Kardashian decided to file for divorce from Kris Humphries after a mere 72-days of marriage, I’m sure she never, ever anticipated the fallout. It’s pretty much nuclear at this point for the 31-year-old reality star, as almost every aspect of her life has come plummeting down around her. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it), things are potentially about to get much worse for Kim!
But first reports are circulating that the desperate for love and attention Kim is shacking up with NY Jets Quarterback Mark Sanchez. Is there a professional athlete Kim hasn’t boinked?! No wonder Tebow rejected her!
According to the blog TerezOwens, a source reports that Kim was “secretly” dating the NFL player while she was in NYC filming the first season of KKTNY and now that she is done with old Hump things are once again hot and heavy – still in secret, of course – since Mark has a real girlfriend (reportedly model Kate Upton)! “Kim and Mark like to meet in hotels for dinner dates and flings’” a source reports. “Whenever Kim is in New York, they hang out. They are very careful with not being seen together, Mark is seeing someone!”
So are the two serious? “Kim’s just in it for the sex”, says an insider close to Kimmie. “She has her hopes set on a bigger “star” than Sanchez. But for now, he will do.”
Kim is however denying any sort of relationship with Mark. Taking to Twitter, Kim claims the rumor is complete BS. “Dating rumors are always fun when u don’t even know the people your supposedly linked to! Who makes this stuff up!,” she wrote. And just in case you’ve forgotten, Kimmie Kakes denied she had a sex tape just weeks before it was “leaked.”
Moving on to Kimmie’s drama with Kris! If you recall, shortly after Kim filed for divorce, Kris retaliated by seeking an annulment claiming “fraud.” Because Kris filed for the annulment, Kim is now legally unable to end her marriage until a judge rules whether or not there is “clear and convincing evidence” that fraud occurred!
Currently there are no divorce talks taking place according to a Humphries family insider, since neither party wants to compromise or withdraw their petition. If Kimmie isn’t careful she could be headed for a very, very public divorce – like televised public. Oooohhhh… some real reality TV from the Kardashians for a change!
Family attorney Vikki Zeigler tells HollywoodLife exclusively that if Kim doesn’t start negotiating with Kris, she will likely find herself in court early this summer. Which would necessitate the many Kardashian family members (and Scott Disick) to testify! Since California has an “open policy on popular court cases,” television cameras will be allowed in the courthouse to capture every minute of Kim attempting to convince a jury that she went into her marriage with the purest of intentions.
Kim’s attorney, the famed Laura Wasser, is attempting to move the marriage dissolution to mediation instead, but Kris is resisting!
Kris believes he has evidence that proves fraud took place and is adamant he thought their marriage was real! According to an insider Kris is certain “Kim had no intention to stay married to him and she just got married to make money. He and his team wouldn’t go forward if they didn’t believe that they could prove this [in court.]”
“Kim was filming scenes saying that she was dissatisfied with her marriage during the week of Sept. 8, which was barely three weeks after the wedding,” says the source. “His team believes that the season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York was developed with the theme of divorce, without Kris being made aware of it.”
Claiming he never knew Kim was feeling unhappy in their relationship, Kris says “he was never in the scenes where they discuss Kim’s unhappiness and he never caught Kim talking to her sisters about being unhappy.” On last week’s season finale Kris was seen searching for Kim while she sat in her dressing room furtively sobbing to her sister. Kris seemed completely in the dark about Kim’s feelings.
“When the pair wasn’t filming, Kim was normal and affectionate to Kris,” the source explains. Additionally, it seems E! edited a scene of Kris to make it look like he was the one talking about divorce.
Kris’ motivation for an open trial is his desire for the public to see the truth about Kim and her dishonest behavior! “Kris wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage,” a source tells Reality Weekly.
He believes he was fooled from the get-go and cast unwittingly to play a role as the groom to garner Kim attention and a huge payout! “Kris feels he was set up by the Kardashians. He wants to be able to tell his side,” says the insider. “When he married Kim, he thought it was forever, but he realized Kim wasn’t in love with him and now believes he was merely a prop.” Remember Kim allegedly made an estimated $17M in endorsements, TV specials, photos, and product placements all due to her nuptials. No one knows how much of that money went to Kris, as it was reported he was only eligible for a “limited cut of the wedding money,” per their prenup.
And for all of those who think Kris is stupid, he insists he was well aware of what he was marrying into! “Kris understood that he was committing himself to the Kardashian way of life,” and was not surprised that he would be asked to participate in scripted scenes to further the plot of their shows.
Once Kim filed for divorce, “Kris knew he was going to look like the bad guy on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, but it’s so blatant and over-the-top, it’s just cruel ,” says the source.
And Vikki Zeigler believes scenes from Kim’s various reality shows could be admissible in court to help prove she had no intention of staying married to Kris! Citing the scene where the couple is discussing where they will live post-filming and Kim basically tries to convince Kris not to move in with her, Vikki believes, “It shows that she never had any intent of doing what a wife is supposed to do — live with her husband.”
And Kris may have another reason for wanting the trial to go public! Allegedly the prenup the couple signed bars Kris from publicly discussing the details of their marriage, including monies earned from the event, “But if a judge grants the divorce on the grounds of fraud,” a source explains, “the prenup is void.” Tell-all time!
So why is Kim willing to risk a public trial over agreeing to an annulment? Her already eviscerated reputation! If Kim admits her marriage was a fraud, she might be liable to pay back some of those vendors who offered services and products for her wedding. Potentially she could face civil suits from others who feel they were duped by Kim’s money grubbing, attention whoring ways!
Whether or not fraud was committed isn’t the only issue the former couple is facing-off over. Kris wants to know just what happened to all those wedding gifts and he believes legally he has a say in what happens to them! Kris wanted her to return all the gifts to their original senders. Kim instead decided to donate the estimated $200,000 the gifts were worth to the Dream Foundation, a charity she supports. Shortly after this promise, reports emerged that Kim had actually exchanged many of those exorbitantly priced gifts for Rolex watches!
Well Kris is still furious that greedykins-Kimmie still won’t return any of the remaining presents – even the very, very pricey ones! “One of the super expensive wedding gifts they received was a Ferrari and he thinks it, like all the other gifts should be returned to its sender,” a source close to Kris reveals. Kris claims he had no control over the gifts because he wasn’t involved in the decision of what to do with them post-wedding – believing his marriage was forever he wasn’t concerned!
“Kris has never seen any of his gifts. He doesn’t have a list of any of the gifts. He feels the gifts are communal property in the marriage and therefore, they should have been at least divided 50/50,” a source tells HollywoodLife. And because Kim isn’t communicating with her ex, he has been learning about her sketchy behaviors through the media and is appalled that she would exchange presents from his family and friends for personal items instead of returning them!
Even worse for Kim, apparently divorce court isn’t the only court Kris is hoping to visit with Kim! Sources are reporting he is looking to file a civil case (aka lawsuit!) against Kimmie for misleading him about her affections. ”Kris thought he was getting married for life and he found out he was getting a divorce on a radio show,” a source contends.

Love & Hip Hop’s Olivia Longott Discusses Her Part in Season 2 Drama; Plus PHOTOS from Emily Bustamante’s KONTROL Shoot
We are patiently waiting for the Love Hip Hop reunion, but thankfully, in the interim, the ladies from the show are still talking. And talking, and talking, and talking. Keep it coming, girls!
In an interview with Sister2Sister, songstress Olivia Longott opens up about the show’s sophomore season, as well as what’s on tap for her future.
Recently, Olivia and Mama Nancy Jones got into a verbal war on–where else?–twitter. The site brings us regular folks reality beef one mean tweet at a time. Since Chrissy Lampkin’s proposal to Jim Jones, Olivia and Nancy have rarely, if ever, filmed together. The singer waited a bit before retaliating to the rap matriarch’s twitter assault and now she’s defending herself in the blogoshpere.
Olivia wonders, “How can you be mad at me? First of all, she started it and I let her go on for a minute. You can’t just expect to disrespect me and I’m not going to say nothing. We’re both grown women.” Grown women with twitter accounts…by far the most dangerous kind of mature adults.
Not that the normally calm Olivia hasn’t gotten used to being at the center of conflict. It’s just usually not her own. This season, Olivia was placed smack dab in the middle of the spat between two of her friends, Jim’s fiancee Chrissy and Jim’s manager Yandy Smith. As viewers will recall, Chrissy pressed for Olivia to take a stand and choose sides between the feuding women, while Yandy maintained that she would respect her friend’s decision to remain neutral.
Olivia wants to clear up the misconception that she was shaken by Chrissy’s confrontational nature during those scenes. As for appearing fearful of the overbearing Chrissy, Olivia is adamant that she was “[n]ot scared at all.” She reveals her reaction “had nothing to do with fear.”
Olivia contends, “I’m just not choosing sides. Why should I have to choose sides? We’re all grown ups. I told both of them! I told Yandy where I thought she was wrong and I told Chrissy where I thought she was wrong.” I have to agree. I don’t think she was playing to either friend. She simply didn’t want to be put at the center of Yandy and Chrissy’s drama.
Still on everyone’s mind is Olivia’s refusal to accept the three-record deal from EMI. After watching her struggle all season to revive her flailing career, it was strange to see her dismiss an opportunity that many other artists would have accepted in a second. However, Olivia maintains that she needed to remain true to herself and her music. She believes that the deal could have robbed her of controlling the direction of her career path.
She reveals, “I’m passionate about my craft and I’m not going to settle for less. I don’t know why that’s so hard to understand. Just because other people might just take the first [thing] that comes at them, that doesn’t mean I’m going to.” Summing up her position, Olivia states that “[i]t has to make sense all around.”
Perhaps turning down the deal was the right choice, as Olivia alludes to the notion that she has other offers on the table. In fact, while she’s mum on what may happen in the future, she maintains that better deals have been forthcoming since filming ceased.

Taylor Armstrong Receiving Death Threats; RadarOnline Confirms Lisa Vanderpump Not Selling Stories; Cedric Blames Bravo For Russell’s Suicide
Anyone who thought Real Housewives of Beverly Hills would go quietly, was wrong! The reality show is filled to the brim with drama on and off the screen and the fallout from the Part One of the epic reunion has been massive; with the stars fighting acrylic nail and extension to clear their good-ish names!
In response to the hotly contested footage of this season’s story, Taylor Armstrong has found herself maligned by fans and accused of exactly what Cedric infers below. While I do not believe Taylor goaded Russell into taking his own life, I do believe there is doubt to many of her claims and I do think she has handled his death irresponsibly and with little regard to his children – including the daughter they shared.
It is apparent that many fans feel similarly and some have taken it to a whole new level. Following the reunion Taylor was the recipient of several death threats through Twitter from a follower known as Hardboiledpeggs.
“See u on February 7 ill be there with a book and a rope so i can kidnap u,” @Hardboiledpeggs wrote. Taylor responded with,”Don’t ever contact me again.” The user persisted, this time involving Taylor’s daughter, Kennedy! “Turn around bright eyes every now and then, Kennedy’s dead,” the clearly deranged user threatened. A screenshot of the Tweets is below. They are truly disgusting!
The Twitter user @hardboiledpeggs has since been deleted. No one was harmed and so far the threats have been baseless, however Taylor is rightfully taking this very seriously and contacted the authorities.
“Taylor absolutely freaked out when she read the death threats. These were credible serious threats against Taylor and her daughter, Kennedy. The Tweets that were sent to Taylor have been turned over to the FBI,” a law enforcement source reports to RadarOnline. “Taylor is assisting the FBI with the investigation, and she wants the person responsible for the the threats prosecuted.”
“Taylor will be consulting with security professionals and assess what changes she needs to increase,” the source adds. “Her first concern when she got the threats was Kennedy, but her daughter is safe, and that is all that matters to Taylor. She will do whatever is necessary to protect herself and Kennedy.”
Increased security will also be present at Taylor’s February 7th book signing in NJ to ensure the safety of both herself and other fans.
Moving on as discussing the tumultuous first part of the reunion is RHOBH’s most notorious hanger-on, the sometimes nefarious, often unbelievable Cedric Martinez. He really needs to move on already, doesn’t he? Cedric is giving his two-cents about what happened and claiming his version of the truth. My advice – take it with a grain of salt, but some of it rings true!
Releasing a statement to Reality Tea through his publicist, Cedric admits his famewhoring predilections and he isn’t ashamed! “YES, I am a fame whore,” Cedric exclaims “But there is a huge difference between someone like me, pursuing opportunities on reality TV (and exposing the lies and viciousness of reality stars) versus people like Lisa [Vanderpump] and Taylor [Armstrong], who exploit opportunities on reality TV by lying about, and misrepresenting themselves and others.”
And with that, here we go! Speaking about the behind the scenes feud between former friends and neighbors Lisa and Adrienne Maloof, Cedric claims there was some veracity to Adrienne’s accusations. “The truth about Lisa’s lies and smear campaigns is right there in front of your eyes. Lisa lurks in the shadows, like a snake on her belly. But with a little effort, you can help me expose the truth…,” Cedric says, lambasting his former friend.
Cedric accuses Lisa of having a relationship with the ‘bloids and exploiting said relationship to garner favorable press. I hate to burst his bubble but almost all celebrities do this to a degree – even A-Listers! “Lisa is technically right when she says she doesn’t SELL stories to the tabloids. She doesn’t. But the truth is not on Lisa’s side… Lisa TRADES stories (on celebrities and the other housewives) for favorable press for herself and her restaurants; and sometimes for negative press about her enemies. I’ve seen her do it hundreds of times. And I have proof.”
Gleefully defending newbie Brandi Glanville, Cedric supports her campaign to expose the nefarious dealings of some of her co-stars, all in an effort to get herself on the show, of course! “You gotta give the girl credit… the other housewives want Brandi off the show, now. But she’s hanging on for dear life by exposing the truth and rattling the other housewives cages. Oh how I wish the lies the producers told about our ‘long-term friendship’ were true.”
“Brandi is a breath of fresh air and, remember, she was the first person to call out Kim [Richards]‘s obvious drug abuse and alcoholism. And she didn’t buy Taylor’s “innocent victim” act for one minute. I’m rooting for Brandi but I’m predicting Lisa and Kyle will use their unbridled power over the weak producers to kick her off the show just like they did to me!” Considering Lisa and Brandi have struck up some sort of a friendship, we’ll have to wait and see!
Cedric’s most shocking and intriguing accusations concern Bravo’s role in Russell Armstrong‘s suicide. “Last night’s RHOBH Reunion episode was very sad. Not because Lisa was getting crushed under the weight of her own lies. That was hilarious! No, it was sad because Bravo, the producers, Taylor, Lisa and Kyle [Richards] once again used the power of a hit TV show to trash the memory of a dead man,” Cedric asserts.
And while Cedric admits that Russell was clearly no saint, he insinuates that both Bravo and Taylor played a role in Russell’s decision and besmirching his memory! Ceddy’s got some cojones! You can read the remainder of his statement below. In order to get the truth out there, Cedric also evokes fans to convince Andy Cohen to book him as a guest on Watch What Happens Live. Somehow I doubt that will happen…
Finally, it was the slander accusation heard round the world, ok, well round the blogosphere as Adrienne accused Lisa of selling stories to RadarOnline, citing a “source” told her. RadarOnline is speaking out in defense of Lisa and denying there is any truth the rumor. They are also defending Adrienne and Camille Grammer, explaining that they really were told that by a source! Luckily it seems the ladies have patched this “misunderstanding” up!
“Don’t blame Adrienne for accusing Lisa, she was told wrong info by person not from Radar,” RadarOnline.com’s Executive Vice President, David Perel, said via Twitter. Adding, “I don’t blame Adrienne at all! Totally not her fault. She was given wrong info.”
Following the shout out in their support, both Lisa and Adrienne thanked Mr. Perel. “Thank you for your support, I know what @TheRealCamilleG and I were told. Moving fwd in a positive direction! xoA” Adrienne Tweeted.
As for the mysterious source who seems to believe Madame Vanderfabulous accepted a whopping $25k in exchange for information (what on earth would be worth that much dough, I wonder?), Radar assures fans they are investigating! “Dealing with it behind the scenes,” Mr. Perel wrote.

RHOA’s Kim Zolciak Blasts Peter Thomas On Twitter! Kandi Burruss Discusses Kandi Factory Spin-Off!
Oh good gracious! Those ladies of Atlanta are at it yet again. This time Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Mama Kim Zolciak is telling cast mate Cynthia Bailey’s husband what’s what.
Now I am rarely Team Kim, except when singing “The Ring Didn’t Mean a Thing” in my car and wishing I had a few luscious wigs to sport, but I think that in this case, she has a reason to be angry. And not just regular mad…twitter mad. We all know it’s the tweets that bring the heat.
Kim took to twitter, the rich man’s crap talking mecca, to remind Cynthia’s husband Peter Thomas that she has more important things to do than traipse off to South Africa…and those things have nothing to do with racism. Peter went as far as to insinuate that Kim’s absence on the ladies’ RHOA trip had more to do with the fact she had issues with other races and less to do with the fact she had two daughters and a newborn son at home. With her new husband Kroy Biermann away at training camp, shouldn’t Kim have figured out a way to go on the trip so as not to offend Peter, a househusband notorious for stirring up drama? Maybe Sweetie could have baby-sat. Is the man serious?
Apparently Peter believed that the fact the women’s destination was South Africa was a major hang up for Kim. He alluded that had the trip been to some European destination, Kim would have bent over backwards to find child care. Oh no he di-int!
Not one to take these accusations lying down (although she probably was, because Kim rivals me in the ‘lounging’ department #imnotlazyimtired) Kim blasted her co-star’s husband on the twitterverse saying, “Peter is so ignorant!! Kj was 7 weeks old, I was breastfeeding and Kroy was gone at football camp! Sooo Peter can kiss my ass!!!”
No word yet on whether Peter is sticking to his guns or if he’ll back pedal with the best of them. The man is infamous (on this Bravo franchise, at least) for speaking first and thinking second–if at all, so who knows if Kim will get an apology or another round of haterade from the outspoken restauranteur.
Not that Kim has time to worry about such trivial things, especially with her spin-off debut Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding right around the corner. Do you have spring fever, or are you just itching to the wig-a-licious wedding spectacular? I have both, but I’m leaning more towards the latter.
Taking to that trusty twitter account yet again, Kim tweeted a curious fan that “Don’t be Tardy for the Wedding airs on Bravo in April!!!” While Bravo is remaining mum on when the world will get to see the Zolciak-Biermann nuptials, if anyone has an inside track to when the train wreck fabulousness that occurred on 11.11.11 will be premiering, it’s everyone’s favorite auto-tuned bride.
Perhaps the Bravo machine wants to declare the news for all to hear via Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live. Mr. and Mrs. Big Poppa Biermann will be joining Andy in the clubhouse in January 29. Jokes aside, I do think Kim has reigned it in this season, and I for one am excited to see her so happy.
Meanwhile another Atlanta housewife is ready to make a bigger name for herself. In an interview with Sister2Sister, Kandi Burruss discusses her own spin-off Kandi Factory, and why the show’s format is near and dear to the musician’s heart.
Kandi is excited to show the world what she really does for a living on her new show Kandi Factory which airs (where else?) on Bravo March 4. The series will follow the Grammy winning adult toy purveyor as she works to make two unknown singers into the next great talent. As someone who has worked with the likes of Usher, TLC, and Alicia Keys, Kandi certainly knows what she’s doing.
She tells the site, “Bravo is giving me the opportunity to do what I do, on television. I’m very excited about that.” She continues, “Musically, that’s near and dear to my heart. That’s what I do. I love being creative.”
Not only does Kandi have a slew of number one hits under her belt, but she also did what many would have deemed impossible if they hadn’t witnessed it themselves. She wrote and produced two songs for cast mate Kim Zolciak and made her into an iTunes sensation. If you’ve heard Kim sing, you know that is no small feat! Given her knowledge of the industry, as well as her ability to work magic on the vocally challenged, it’s no wonder she’s secured her own spin-off.
Kandi reveals, “Ever since I did the situation with Kim, people come up to me on the street every day. Now, I actually have an opportunity to do it for normal people for real. We’re going to pick two for the episode and one may be a diamond in the rough and one may not be able to sing hardly at all. We’re going to show you what we do. We have our whole team. It’s not just me.”
“I will put together the team to transform this person into someone hot. Can I do it?” asks Kandi. “I made the statement on one of the episodes that I can make anybody hot, and in my mind, I really do believe that. But whether it’s true or not is going to be left for you to decide.”
And decide I’m sure we will. I know I’ll be tuning in on March 4 for the new series!
I will also be tuning in tonight at 9ET as the ladies head to South Africa. On the 12th episode this season titled “South Africa: Just Like Home,” the ladies arrive in Cape Town, where a relaxing yacht ride turns ugly when Marlo confronts Sheree about not inviting her to a party. In Atlanta, Kim finds it difficult to adjust to Kroy’s absence and taking care of her brood on her own. A preview clip is below.
