Out for lunch at a Los Angeles cafe Monday, Lindsay Lohan and her younger sister, Alianna, gave passersby quite the eyeful when they left Joan’s on Third in very revealing ensembles.

Hiding behind a floppy tan hat, Lindsay, 25, showed off her pin-thin frame wearing a ruffled blouse that entirely covered what appeared to be denim cutoffs.
The troubled actress’ 18-year-old model sis also gave the illusion that she wasn’t wearing anything underneath her white blouse. In later shots, the teen revealed that she indeed covered up her bottom half — with barely-there beige shorts.
As the Lohan sisters’ styles turn heads, the pair both agree that there is one woman in their life who desperately needs a makeover: Their mom, Dina!

“My girls are always telling me to cut my hair,” Dina, 49, told Us Weekly in February. “You know, you think you’re fashion forward, and then you have children who are way more, but you make your own look [work]. But it’s hard when you’re girls are like, ‘Mom, you’re looking scary.’”
For her part, Lindsay — who appeared nude on the January 2012 cover of Playboy — says she’s content with her oft-criticized frame.

“Sex and sexuality are a part of nature, and I go along with nature,” Lindsay explained of her Playboy pics, which were an homage Marilyn Monroe. “Knowing yourself and your body is so important because it gives you confidence, and in life, women need confidence.”

Lindsay Lohan: I'm Going Through a Process of Proving Myself
Lindsay Lohan is determined to prove she’s gotten her life back on track. Before she hosts Saturday Night Live this week, she sat down with Today‘s Matt Lauer, and spoke candidly about wanting to show everyone she can be trusted again.
“I think that takes time,” Lohan said during an interview that will air on Thursday’s show. “Because people can say things all they want, but I think I still need to go through the process of proving myself with SNL, being on time, keeping my… stuff together.”

The sit-down comes nine months after Lohan canceled on Lauer at the last minute. Except for her recent Playboy spread, Lohan, 25, has kept a low profile while she completed her community service and fulfilled her probation terms, stemming from a 2007 DUI and 2011 shoplifting charges. She recently received a positive progress report from a judge, and her probation is scheduled to be lifted March 29.
Lohan told Lauer that partying no longer feels right. “That’s not my thing anymore,” she said. “I went out, actually, a few months ago with a friend and I was so uncomfortable. Not because I felt tempted, just because it was just the same thing that it always was before, and it just wasn’t fun for me. I’ve become more of a homebody and I like that.”

The actress also discussed her next project in which she’ll play the legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor. “We’re in the middle of casting,” Lohan said. “We start production soon. I’ve been doing tons of research, but I’ve always kind of researched her. She’s always been a fascinating woman to me. So I’m really honored and I will not let anyone down, especially myself.”
“I could see where it could be scary for people to invest in me, and I don’t want people to have that reason to be scared anymore. So being able to have this opportunity with SNL and the film, I’m gonna do what I’m supposed to do, and enjoy doing it, and do it as best as I can.”

IRS Slaps Lindsay Lohan with Another Tax Lien
The Internal Revenue Service has filed a second tax lien against troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.

The latest tax lien adds in unpaid taxes from 2010 on top of the previous amount of nearly $94,000 that she owed from her 2009 taxes (see IRS Files Tax Lien against Lindsay Lohan). The total amount, according to E! Online, is now $140,203.30.
Her representative told E! News that her business manager “is working out an acceptable arrangement with the IRS and hopes to have the matter solved shortly.”

Last February, the actress was charged with stealing a necklace from a jewelry store and sentenced to 120 days in jail and 360 hours of community service, including work in the LA County morgue.
She is still working off the hours at the county morgue, but also received nearly $1 million from Playboy to pose for a nude photo spread. She was also recently sued by a photographer who claims she hit him with her car.
The judge at a recent probation hearing told her she seemed to be on track with her community service work and psychiatric sessions and she had gotten a thumb’s up on her work at the morgue from the probation officer.

Lindsay Lohan recently took in $1 million to pose naked in Playboy. Now the former (can we call her a former actress yet?) is hanging out at the Chateau Marmont, completing her community service, and taking pictures with renown photographer Terry Richardson.
Richardson captures Lohan as she chain smokes cigarettes, mimics Marilyn Monroe, and pushes her cleavage toward the camera.
Richardson posted the pictures on his website, Terry Richardson’s Diary, and threw a few of them up on Twitter.
Lohan also tweeted about the photoshoot and told her followers that the jewelry she’s wearing is a Lisa Hoffman Bracelet.

Lohan isn’t the only famous celebrity to pose for Richardson. Lady Gaga recently created a photo book with the photographer.
