Lindsay Lohan finishes village use as declare refutes hit-and-run allegation
Lindsay Lohan has finished her final day of community service at the Los Angeles County morgue, reports say.
The actress was spotted yesterday leaving the facility in a grey t-shirt that read “Too Cool For School” paired with a black blazer and aviator sunglasses. The actress, who recently returned to being a redhead, smiled faintly as she strolled down the sidewalk.
LINDSAY LOHAN IN ALLEGED HIT AND RUN: REPORT
During Lohan’s last court appearance in late February, Judge Stephanie Sautner told the actress that she was “in the home stretch” of her sentence following a necklace theft last year. The four time “SNL” host is scheduled for a final progress report on March 29 and, as Lohan appears to have completed her community service and counseling requirements, it was believed that the star’s probation would be revoked.
However, reports surfaced yesterday that Lohan was involved in an alleged hit-and-run Tuesday night outside the Hookah Lounge in Los Angeles. The actress was reported to have grazed the knee of the bar’s manager with her car while fleeing the paparazzi. According to Radar Online, the manager was in the process of filing a police report yesterday afternoon.
However, Lohan denied the reports on Twitter.
“This is all a complete lie,” she wrote. “Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd.”
Now, a witness to the hubbub outside the Hookah Lounge confirms Lohan’s story.
A 16-year-old paparazzo photographer tells TMZ that she was in the alley where Lohan interacted with the manager. The girl tells the site that as Lohan’s car turned around, the manager appeared on a staircase and asked Lohan what she was doing. Lohan reportedly replied, “We’re not staying, we’re leaving.” The witness holds that the manager stayed on the stairs and never got close enough to Lohan’s vehicle to be hit. The girls claims that Lohan’s car made an exit without tapping anyone or anything.

accusations “a complete lie”
Lindsay Lohan could conceivably find herself in more legal hot water, but she says a hookah lounge manager’s claim that she grazed him with her Porsche is “a complete lie.”
“I’ve been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi.”
“These false accusations are absurd.”
And ever-changing.
Officers who were originally on the scene of the 12:30 a.m. incident asked the manager if a car had hit him and he was “emphatic it hadn’t,” a law enforcement source told RadarOnline.com.
Later, after friends told him who was driving (and what her significance is), he started to complain he had been injured.
Certainly, a hit-and-run could lead to a revocation of LiLo’s probation, but the law enforcement source said, “Based on the timing of the events and the fact the alleged victim changed his story, it’s unlikely that Lindsay will be charged with any crime.”
Which doesn’t necessarily end her problems. Reports say he’s also planning to sue.

Nicole Polizzi (Snooki to you) wants Paul Delvecchio (Pauly D to “Jersey Shore” followers) in the delivery room when she gives birth to her first child.
Why, you ask?
“She told me she wants me to deejay the delivery room,” Delvecchio told People magazine. “I told her I’ll just deejay the baby shower.”
And he has some ideas on what the shower for his “Jersey Shore” castmate would be like, including “spray tan booths in the corner, because she loves to tan, and a lot of loud music.”
Clint Eastwood’s family

Maybe the E! network is just feeling lucky.
The network that brought you the Kardashians again and again and again is now bringing “Mrs. Eastwood Company” to the small screen. That’s Eastwood, as in Dina Eastwood, the wife of Clint, who is expected to make guest appearances on the 10-episode series that begins in May.
The show spotlights Dina and the vocal group she manages, in addition to two of Clint Eastwood’s daughters.
Springsteen wept when
he heard Clemons’ sax solo
Bruce Springsteen tells Rolling Stone that he shed tears when he heard Clarence Clemons’ saxophone on the “Wrecking Ball” album.
After Clemons died last year, producer Ron Aniello took a live rendition of the concert staple “Land of Hopes and Dreams,” separated Clemons’ part and put it into a studio version.
Springsteen said: “When the solo section hit, Clarence’s sax filled the room. I cried.”
He said losing Clemons was “like losing the rain.”

With less than two weeks to go until her probation effectively ends, Lindsay Lohan has been accused of grazing a man’s knee with her car, then driving away. The actress called the accusation as a “complete lie” on Twitter.
Police told the Associated Press that paparazzi surrounded Lohan’s car outside of a Hollywood club early Wednesday, as she attempted to drive away. A man who works at a nearby Hookah Lounge says the car grazed his knee.
Lohan responded to this claim on Twitter:
Scrape? This is all a complete lie. I’ve been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd.
Indeed, Sgt. Mark Ro told the AP that a police report wasn’t taken because the man wasn’t injured. A woman who said she was an eyewitness told TMZ that Lohan did not hit the man or a car.
Lohan’s publicist told the AP, “We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the next few days.”
The actress, who recently hosted “Saturday Night Live” to mixed reviews, will appear in court March 29 for her final probation hearing. Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lohan at her penultimate court appearance in February that after this next hearing, “all you have to do is obey all laws.”
Lindsay Lohan calls purported hit-and-run occurrence 'a finish lie'
Lindsay Lohan said Wednesday that allegations she’d been involved in a hit-and-run in the wee hours were, at the very least, overblown.
“Scrape? This is all a complete lie,” Lohan wrote in an extended Twitter post. “I’ve been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd.”
Lohan was trying to avoid paparazzi in Hollywood and was negotiating a U-turn when she “brushed” a man’s leg, Officer Norma Eisenman told L.A. Now. Witnesses reported that Lohan was behind the wheel and that she drove away, police said, but Eisenman said Lohan was not contacted.
The man, reportedly a manager at the nearby Hookah Lounge, allegedly told paparazzi and police at the scene that he didn’t need medical attention, according to TMZ, whose unnamed sources said he went to an emergency room hours later and was considering pressing charges.
No hit-and-run investigation was opened by law enforcement who went to the scene. Lohan’s rep told Gossip Cop that Lilo didn’t even get out of her car when she got to the Sayers Club because there were so many photogs that she decided to drive away.
“At no point was there ever any indication that her car hit anyone or anything,” the rep added.
Early reports implied that Lohan had been inside the establishment. The Sayers Club has the actress’ back on that.
“Contrary to reports surfacing, Lindsay Lohan was not at the Sayers Club Tuesday evening or Wednesday early a.m.,” said a rep for the venue, located on Wilcox Avenue near the 6500 block of Hollywood Boulevard, where the incident allegedly occurred shortly before 1 a.m. Wednesday. The Hookah Lounge is on the boulevard.
