Lindsay Lohan fires behind authorised response over Betty Ford staff attack incident

Former worker Dawn Bradley indicted a ‘Mean Girls’ star of grabbing her wrist and rambling it when she attempted to give a singer – afterwards a studious during a rehab trickery – a breathalyser exam in Dec 2010.

Bradley launched a 1 million dollar authorised conflict opposite a singer behind in Aug 2011, claiming she suffered “great mental, earthy and shaken pain and suffering” from a purported assault.

Lohan was served a lawsuit in Oct final year, TMZ.com reported.

Now, she has dismissed behind during a allegations, claiming she was annoyed and so acted out in self-defence.

The star’s attorneys filed a authorised response on her interest during California’s Riverside Country Superior Court on 10 Jan 2012, claiming Bradley annoyed a whole occurrence and so Lohan shouldn’t have to compensate her a cent.

Lohan is also requesting that Bradley cover her authorised fees, and any other service a justice sees fit. (ANI)
