This is me as a background extra on the NBC hit TV show, Frasier. In the first scene, the second table back from the table Kelsey Grammar and Robert Picardo are sitting at is me, on th right looking left in a white shirt with glasses on. There’s some back and forth between the two of them and then you see me exiting just before the end of the scene (and I cut it early). Next scene I am sitting at the high top to the right of the table with Peri Gilpin, Jane Leeves and David Hyde Pierce, then to the left of the table with Kelsey Grammer and David Hyde Pierce as “Niles” moves to the table with “Frasier” (behind the big security guard guy), in a blue flannel shirt. Note the glasses, Van Dyke beard and … well, the weight. In the credits, I’ve moved to a position that ends up being right between the thrilled Kelsey Grammar’s table and Peri Gilpin’s and the security guy’s table, just reading a paper and drinking coffee. This was tremendous fun.
