Lindsay Lohan models costumes from her Elizabeth Taylor biopic!

When we first heard that Hollywood bad girl, Lindsay Lohan, was due to play Elizabeth Taylor, we weren’t 100% sold. That is, until we remembered the shoot that Karl Lagerfeld styled and directed of LiLo back in June 2006 for Interview magazine. The photoshoot saw the starlet pose with a black hair wig and pastel blue fitted dress which she accessorised with diamonds (what else?) and a skinny cigarette.
Now, we FINALLY catch a glimpse of the wardrobe pieces we can expect to see in the upcoming Elizabeth Taylor biopic as photos of Lindsay Lohan casually modelling two outfits from the upcoming TV film are released. Still not convinced? Wait to pass judgement until after LiLo has gone to the dark side and dyed her red locks brown. We’re wondering what Elizabeth Taylor circa hair the film will go with. The role will be Lindsay Lohan’s first since 2009’s ‘Labor Pains’ and judging from these photos, the fashion is going to be 50s-tastic.

We’re loving the emerald green dress and pastel pink and blue kitten heels that Lindsay models here with her hair scraped back and minimal make-up but it’s the scarlet velvet red dress that reminds us of the iconic actress the most. The petite-looking star gives her best Elizabeth Taylor-inspired pout as she poses in these two outfits but look carefully and you’ll see an entire wardrobe rail and rack of shoes behind her. We’re talking 50s style underwear, kimonos and long, flowy gowns ready to be iced with diamonds. Be still our beating hearts, we have another fashionable biopic to look forward to.

Lindsay Lohan Models Elizabeth Taylor Costumes For ‘Liz and Dick’ Biopic
When we first heard that Hollywood bad girl Lindsay Lohan is due to play Elizabeth Taylor in a TV biopic, we weren’t 100% sold. To convince us further, we FINALLY have a glimpse of the wardrobe for ‘Liz and Dick’ as photos of Lindsay Lohan casually modelling two outfits from the upcoming film have been released. Hurrah! Imagine LiLo with her red locks dyed dark and sporting a red lippy and we’re almost there! The role will be Lindsay Lohan’s first since 2009’s ‘Labor Pains’ (remember that? Nope, us neither) and judging from these photos, the fashion is going to be ’50s-tastic.

The petite LiLo gives her best Liz Taylor-inspired pout as she poses for the wardrobe fitting, but look carefully and you’ll see an entire wardrobe rail and rack of shoes behind her. WOW! We’re talking retro underwear, kimonos and long, flowy gowns that are just waiting to be iced with diamonds.
Be still our beating hearts, we have another fashionable biopic to look forward to…

Lindsay Lohan's handlers 'advising her to drive transparent of ex Samantha Ronson'
New York, May 14 : Lindsay Lohan’s handlers are urging her to stay away from ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson while the troubled actress is shooting Lifetime biopic about Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton ‘Liz ‘n’ Dick’.
The well wishers of the 25-year-old want the press to focus on her work and not her tumultuous personal life.
“They don’t want Lindsay and Sam hanging around each other — even just as friends,” the New York Daily News quoted and insider as saying.
The insider explained that the media coverage of their relationship amounts to “too much poorly directed publicity right now.”
The women, who made headlines when they dated on-and-off from 2007 until a rough break-up in 2009, revived the media’s interest in their relationship when they were spotted leaving Le Baron nightclub in Chinatown on May 2.
Although their flirtatious body language that night fuelled speculation that they were back together, but the insider insists that Lohan and Ronson are “just friends.”
But those close to Lohan consider the 34-year-old Ronson a good influence on the “Herbie: Fully Loaded” actress, who has been to rehab six times.
The source explained, however, that now is the time for Lohan and the media “to be focusing on her work — and not who she is seen out with.”
The insider added that Lohan needed to remain as “low-key” as possible.
Lohan does not exactly have a reputation for following the rule, but she seems to be taking the advice of her advisers for now.
On Wednesday, Lohan made a brief, flashbulb-filled appearance at the A and E Television Networks 2012 Upfront presentation at Lincoln Center, to promote “Liz and Dick.”
That same night Ronson was deejaying at Cipriani Wall Street for the Joyful Heart Foundation’s Revolution Gala, where Mariska Hargitay, Glenn Close and Hilary Swank were in attendance.
Lohan and Ronson seem to have maintained their distance, as they weren’t spotted together at any of their usual late-night hangouts afterwards.
The following night, they were both seen at the Dream Downtown hotel in the Meatpacking District, although at different times.
Lohan stopped by the opening of Comingo Zapatta ‘s “Life is a Dream” exhibit at the hotel’s VC Gallery, but left before Ronson arrived at the Electric Room nightclub there around midnight to meet up with her fashion designer sister Charlotte Ronson. (ANI)
